How to move layers in photoshop to opposite sides in order to create to the same iamge in one layer?

because im making a rotating globe, my problem is how to move the layers of the map on its opposite side in order to create two the same images on one layer?How to move layers in photoshop to opposite sides in order to create to the same iamge in one layer?
um not sure what u mean but a symmetrical image on one layer :


just duplicate ctrl+J


then cctrl+T to swap it opposite sides


right clicking the top layer then merge down
