How can we as humans decrease damage to our ozone layer?

The simplest thing that the human species could do is reduce its numbers humanely through birth control. One woman-one child for two generations would be a great help towards solving all of our environmental problems.How can we as humans decrease damage to our ozone layer?
We already have, the use of Ozone depleting materials has now be regulated world wide and the Ozone hole slowly decreasing in size.





Ozone has nothing to do with the ';greenhouse effect'; or ';global warming'; or even just everyday pollution. It a completely different problem which seems to have been resolved.How can we as humans decrease damage to our ozone layer?
We can not use hair spray.. and not drive cars? I dunno hehe. I'ts not really at the top of my ';worry'; list
Teach Our kids the important of the Ozone and teach Freinds about it too .. try to use Our Cars only when we Have to or when we Need , Try to Find other Surce rather than Use Gas or Oil , Too keep or Forests Safe from Fire . Alot we Can do But the Quastion can we Do them ?
Be more GREEN!!!! not to rely on oil and gas as much, and to use alternative energy sources.
Do everything eco-friendly, use energy efficient light bulbs, turn off the lights, un-plug appliances when not in use (I know you have probably heard all this before, but I am just reminding), RECYCLE (bottles, cans, paper, cardboard, clothes, batteries, ink cartridges, tin etc..), Eco-friendly transportation (bike, walk, run, jog, rollerblade, scooter, skateboard, longboard, take the bus and carpool etc..)





It will be along time before we all work together to save our planet, a lot of people are ignorant about the subject and don't give it a second thought. Don't get me wrong, we have improved in the time that 'global warming' has come well-known, but in the future when our world is full of smog and covered in water, civilization then might give it a second thought. (I know this sounds ignorant of ME, but it is the truth unless people start thinking smartly about what they are doing)





I have a little blurb that a think about a lot: 'Our mother earth has nourished us and helped us survive, now why are we doing what we are doing to her? We should be the ones nourishing and helping her survive' (cheesy I know, but it makes a lot of sense to me)





As someone said above: Educate others! Spread the word etc..

for starters start walking everywhere. do without heaters in winter and air conditioners in summer. stop getting takeout and using plastic. get rid of the fridge.
