What is the earth temperature without ozone layer?

I imagine the temperature would be pretty similar to that of the moon, because the moon orbits the earth, it is pretty close to the same distance away from the sun. The temperature of the moon at it's equator varies from approximately 212 deg.F during the day to about -300 deg.F during the night. the north pole of the moon which is always in sunlight stays between 90 and -40.

the ozone helps block and dissipate radiation from the sun. What is the earth temperature without ozone layer?
The ozone layer actually has very little effect on the Earth's temperature. It's a pretty tenuous layer at the best of times, and its main function is filtering out high-frequency ultra-violet light from the sun. The ozone layer does not have a significant function in absorbing, trapping or releasing heat.

For us organisms who evolved under its protective shield, keeping our DNA from being ripped to shreds by the UV, its depletion is bad news because excessive exposure to UV can lead to skin cancer, as well as killing off important bacteria and plankton that serve the biosphere in other ways. Ozone depletion and global warming often get conflated into one problem in the media - they are mostly separate phenomena, but related by their cause: many of the ozone-damaging chemicals such as CFCs are also potent greenhouse gases. What is the earth temperature without ozone layer?
it ozone layer helps life thriving on planet earth to live. with out it we probably would burn up. So I guess that it would be REALLY REALLY hot. It would be anywhere near the Sun tempurture because we are too far away. So probabaly 1000 degress and up.... :D
Gosh, close to the sun's temp.
