How to get rid of like last layer of stomach fat?

i'm 5'1 and i weigh around 95 pounds but i still have like one layer of stomach fat. and i don't know how to get rid of it. i bike for 45 minutes to an hour at least once a week. i jog sometimes too. all i drink is water. and one gatorade a day. any idea on how to get rid of the remainder? How to get rid of like last layer of stomach fat?
you should do high intensity interval training.


go on a track and run for 4 minutes jog for 3 minutes, run for 3 minutes, jog for 2 minutes, run for 2 minutes jog for 1 minute, spring a minute, jog a minute..stuff like that.





google high intensity interval training, it's the best way to burn off that last layer of fat.





doing crunches and situps will not burn away that fat, however it will make your ab muscles more defined..but no one will be able to see it with a layer of fat on top.

Honesty you probably shouldn't get rid of it. Women tend to have more body fat, percentage wise, than men, they are meant to. And if you only weigh 95 pounds then I am guessing you dont have too much fat on your body to begin with, so the little amount of fat you have aorund your waist probably is a lot more healthier for you than having no fat on top of your abs. If you are worried about toning that part of your body watch your diet and try to exercise more than once a week consistently.


To lose fat you need to take in less calories than you expend. I dont know anything about your daily caloric intake or your energy expenditure, but if you are really looking to lose the fat, thats the way, make sure you take in less fat calories and more carb calories and stay active
the gatorade is doing it.





That stuff is like liquid sugar.


It all goes straight to your belly.





I'm the exact same way.


I have a little belly, but thats all I need to get rid of!


It's not big or anything, it's just annoying!





So i stopped drinking juices and started eating a little bit more healthier along with a bit of exersize and !!! my belly is shrinking :)


Cardio will help with the belly fat.


Instead of biking, jog a little bit more instead.

sit straight up on a chair, suck in ur belly holding it in,


4 30 seconds.


do this in 10-15 x's, 4-5 x's a day


keep at it.
