Even if you have a small layer of fat on yyour stomach and you cant see the muscle, does it mean that?

Even if you have a small layer of fat on your stomach and you cant see the muscle, does it mean that the muscle isn't growing underneath when you do crunches and sit-ups and how can you tell if your gaining more muscle in your stomach?Even if you have a small layer of fat on yyour stomach and you cant see the muscle, does it mean that?
u can tell if u start to be able to do more crunches and sit ups easier its amazing how much having a strong stomach changes ur overall strengthEven if you have a small layer of fat on yyour stomach and you cant see the muscle, does it mean that?
you can still feel your abs if you have only a thin layer of fat over it. You can even have a 6 pack under that fat if you work out enough. But usually the fat disappears if your working it out like that.
yes, crunches will help your muscles grow, but in order to get rid of fat, you must do cardio (or A LOT of crunches). running is a great way to do this.
your stomach is an organ in your abdominal cavity and should NEVER be visible.
No. The muscle is still there. I'd suggest doing some fat-burning excercises like running or swimming.
Flex your stomach and then poke it. If it's hard, you have muscle.
